in collaboration with poet

Maud Vanhauwaert

In Antwerp, we visited people with a phenomenal view from the Left Bank, but also those who look across a street or peer through bars in prison. We not only photographed their views but also asked about their outlook on life. These conversations inspired the writing of a new poem. A selection of the photos and the poem came together in the View-Master, the toy that catapults us back to the past.
